Sequence's Survey

 

These Conditions  govern the contractual relationship between Sequence SA, Rue Agasse 54, 1208 Geneva, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “Sequence”) and its clients (hereinafter, the “Client”). By filling out the survey sent to the clients, via email the Customer unconditionally accepts the following provisions. Sequence reserves the right to make subsequent changes or additions to the T&Cs, which shall become part of the contract unless the Client objects within fourteen (14) days of becoming aware of them.

 

Participation Requirements:

• Participants must be paying customers of Sequence.
• Participants must complete a total of 6 surveys: the initial survey plus five additional test.
  
  

Response Deadline:

• Each survey must be completed within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the email containing the survey.
  
  

Selection of Participants for the Pool:

• Sequence reserves the right to decide who will be included in the participant pool.
• Completing all surveys does not automatically guarantee inclusion in the pool.
  
  

Bonus Delivery:

• Selected participants who complete all surveys will receive a bonus of 50 CHF.
• The bonus will be delivered within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of completion of the last survey.
• The bonus will be sent via email.
